1) I already have my web (domain) name. Can I still use your service?
Yes. We can transfer the name over to us. We can then enhance your site and host it. The same fee structure would apply.
2) What if I need more than 1 hour of updates per month?

1 hour per month is plenty for most sites, however add'l hours can be purchased for $20/hour. You will be notified in advance if more than 1 hour per month will be needed.
3) Am I under any contract or obligation?
There is no contract or obligation. The refund schedule is spelled out on the home page.
4) I have a logo and some other info I want on my site.
They can be e-mailed or sent by mail to us and we will incorporate them into your site.
5) What is a domain name and what will mine be?
A domain name example is www.sonnysdesign.com. Your exact domain name will be determined by what is available. Usually something like: www.yourbusinessname.com. There is no extra fee for registering one
6) Will you submit my site to search engines like Google or Excite?
Yes . Your site will be optimized and then submitted to over 100 search engines. This is included free.
7) I know someone who is interested. Is there a referral bonus?
Yes. Each referral will be worth $5 per month for every month they use our service. Have them mention your name or e-mail address and we'll start crediting your account right away. Refer 9 customers, get a free website, free hosting & free maintenance.
